Terms of service and conference guidelines for all crew members
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Last Updated: January 1, 2025
Welcome aboard the Boating Accident Conference! By purchasing a ticket, registering for the event, or participating in any way, you agree to abide by this Maritime Code. These terms govern your participation in our crypto conference voyage.
Conference tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Each ticket admits one person only and must be presented for verification at registration.
All attendees must complete registration with accurate information. False or misleading information may result in denied boarding or removal from the vessel.
All payments must be received in full before boarding. We accept traditional payment methods and select cryptocurrencies. Chargebacks may result in permanent banishment from future voyages.
Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the conference without refund and exclusion from future Boating Accident events.
Official conference photography and video recording will take place. By attending, you consent to being photographed/recorded and the use of such content for promotional purposes.
You may share your experience on social media, but please respect other attendees' privacy. Use the official hashtag #BoatingAccident2025 for maximum visibility.
While we strive to provide a safe and valuable conference experience, crypto investing involves risk, and market conditions can be as unpredictable as ocean weather.
If we must cancel the conference due to circumstances beyond our control, ticket holders will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
We reserve the right to modify the conference program, speakers, or venue as needed. Significant changes will be communicated to all registered attendees.
Your health and safety are our top priority during this maritime adventure:
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and international maritime law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Finnish courts or through alternative dispute resolution methods.
