Welcome aboard the Boating Accident Conference! By purchasing a ticket, registering for the event, or participating in any way, you agree to abide by this Maritime Code. These terms govern your participation in our crypto conference voyage.

Ticket & Registration Rules

Boarding Pass Validity

Conference tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Each ticket admits one person only and must be presented for verification at registration.

Registration Requirements

All attendees must complete registration with accurate information. False or misleading information may result in denied boarding or removal from the vessel.

Payment Terms

All payments must be received in full before boarding. We accept traditional payment methods and select cryptocurrencies. Chargebacks may result in permanent banishment from future voyages.

Code of Conduct

Crew Expectations

  • Treat all crew members and speakers with respect and courtesy
  • No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind
  • No unauthorized recording or photography of sessions or attendees
  • Respect intellectual property and confidential information shared
  • No solicitation or unauthorized promotional activities
  • Follow all venue rules and local maritime regulations

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the conference without refund and exclusion from future Boating Accident events.

Media & Content Usage

Photography & Recording

Official conference photography and video recording will take place. By attending, you consent to being photographed/recorded and the use of such content for promotional purposes.

Social Media Policy

You may share your experience on social media, but please respect other attendees' privacy. Use the official hashtag #BoatingAccident2025 for maximum visibility.

Maritime Disclaimer

While we strive to provide a safe and valuable conference experience, crypto investing involves risk, and market conditions can be as unpredictable as ocean weather.

  • Conference content is for educational purposes only, not financial advice
  • Attendees participate at their own risk and responsibility
  • We are not liable for any investment decisions made based on conference content
  • Lost or stolen personal belongings are not our responsibility
  • Weather conditions or force majeure may affect the conference schedule

Cancellation & Changes

Event Cancellation

If we must cancel the conference due to circumstances beyond our control, ticket holders will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to modify the conference program, speakers, or venue as needed. Significant changes will be communicated to all registered attendees.

Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority during this maritime adventure:

  • Attendees must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations
  • If you feel unwell, please stay ashore for everyone's safety
  • Emergency procedures will be communicated during the opening ceremony
  • Medical assistance will be available throughout the conference

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and international maritime law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Finnish courts or through alternative dispute resolution methods.
